Shipping & delivery

We ship every Huxpaw order with care. Here's what to expect.

Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free, worldwide. No minimums, no codes needed — shipping is already included in the listed price.

Processing time

1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM local time typically ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.

Delivery time

After processing, orders arrive in 7–11 business days via standard worldwide shipping. You'll receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Local customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

Track your order anytime at huxpaw.com/apps/parcelpanel. Tracking links are emailed when your order ships.

Lost or stuck packages

If your package shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email hello@huxpaw.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address, email us within 1 hour of ordering. Once an order is in fulfillment, the address can't be changed.
