We stand behind every Huxpaw bed, mat, and car accessory. If your purchase doesn't work out, we'll fix it — no runaround, no hoops.
30-day comfort guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, exchange, or store credit. Just email us at hello@huxpaw.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
What qualifies for a return
- Wrong size? We'll send the right one — free U.S. shipping both ways.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo, we'll replace immediately at no cost.
- Just not the right fit for your dog? Full refund or store credit — your choice.
Condition
For a full refund, items should be in original condition (lightly used by your dog is fine — they're dog beds, after all). Heavily soiled or destroyed items may receive partial credit at our discretion.
How to start a return
- Email hello@huxpaw.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short note about the issue.
- We respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (U.S.).
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time may add 3–10 business days.
International orders
International customers are eligible for the same 30-day return policy. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
